Self-healing metallic polypropylene single-phase capacitors, with non-toxic, biodegradable impregnating resin. Each capacitor is contained by a metal casing with an overpressure protection device, triggered in case of non-recoverable failure.
Each capacitor is fitted with a discharge resistor to reduce the residual capacitor voltage to less than 75V in 3 minutes, as per CEI EN 60831 standards.
