These ionizating bars are designed to remove static charges on travelling materials. They are used on dielectric materials such as plastics, paper, textiles, wood, etc. The electric field generated by the bars creates a high concentration of ions which cancels the undesirable effects of static charges accumulated on the surface of materials. Free from these charges, the material is no longer subject to such behaviours as attraction, repellance or sticking effects. The capacitive coupling design of our bars prevents high voltage from being directly applied on the needles. Therefore, they are shockless and safe for the user
