MONOCHROMATIC PYROMETERS
Ready to solve the current applications, these instruments have a spectral answer selected in an optimized spectral band allowing, according to the cases:
- To minimize the stray reflections
- To aim at transparent materials to the eye, but not in unquestionable areas of the infra-red (glass, plastics)
- To measure the temperature of a surface through a flame
TWO-TONE PYROMETERS
These solutions use a detector doubles answering in two bands IR, which makes it possible to correct automatically variations of emission capacity
BICHROMATIC PYROMETERS
Equipped with two narrow, adjacent and distinct filters, these pyrometers can be satisfied with a signal very attenuated IR, for example in the following cases:
- Very low Emissivity
- Very small and unstable Target
- Aiming through an absorbing medium (smoked, dust, vapor)
