2SC Series ELECTRO ARC

The Model 2SC delivers carbide disintegration in a compact/portable form when materials are in remote locations. It is easy to use and delivers fast cutting at a low cost. The roll around cabinet is designed to accommodate the power supply, coolant pump, motor and tank, and even has a drawer for additional tools. Great for use in large and small job shops, companies that need portability, or shops where space is limited.

Standard features:

* Compact durable head with 305MM (12") uninterrupted quill travel that makes and breaks an arc 120 times per second. It has a push button remote start, auto depth stop and limit switch. Any conductive material can be used as an electrode but molybdenum tubes are recommended.

* Precision ground and chromed quill assemblies

* Metal cabinet with convenient tool storage drawer on four rubber wheels

* Heavy duty magnetic support system with 915MM (36") high column and 762MM (30") long cross arm that rotates a full 360 degrees

* Controlled rectified DC cutting power in eleven heat selections

* Heat selector for precise cutting control

* Lighted push buttons plus emergency stop button

* Built-in coolant system, with a 2 GPM, 50 PSI pump plus three-meter (10') power/coolant cable and coolant tank.
