x The innovative, new SURELOCK torch brings a new level of performance to plasma cutting. SURELOCK has a patent pending electrode locking system permitting quick, precise changes of consumable parts with no tools required. This new design provides more efficient cooling of the torch head and parts resulting in electrode life that is superior to previous electrode designs.

x The new SURELOCK technology is available as a Replacement Plasma Torch (RPT) in both hand and mechanized configurations. SURELOCK can be used with a wide range of other manufacturers' plasma units.

x Consumable parts are also available to support your cutting needs from gauge metal to over 1 inch material thickness ... for both cutting and gouging. Parts are rated at 40, 60, 80 and 100 A to give you the correct parts for outstanding plasma performance across the application spectrum.
