The optical angular encoders are an ideal supplementation to ELGO position controllers and indicators. Thus rotative movements (supplemential to linear industrial measuring systems) can be measured. The rotary industrial encoders working with an optical sensing-principle and incremental square wave outputs.
All ELGO encoder types spend incremental square waves with the channels A and B (UP/DOWN recognition). An index pulse (zero) is available with most types.
The output signals are durable short circuit proofed PUSH/PULL-outputs.
