The system is delivered complete with micro screw in advance and integrated guidance. The body as well as the carriage and the supports of ends is made out of natural anodic aluminum, the displacement of the carriage is made by means of a pin with final tuning 0,05 mm or 1 mm according to model.
A device located on the side of the mobile carriage allows a cancellation of the running clearance, a good rigidity and a great softness of displacement is thus obtained.
Various options are available for mini-carriages MCR for example manual blocking, numerical indication of position, protection by bellows, adaptation of micro engines etc...
