ROBOT 100 130 160 220 ROBOT series: Particularly suited for heavy loads applications, for stressing work cycles and with the possibility of overhanging or gantry application: these are just some of the main applications that represent the natural working environment of this series. Available in four sizes from 100 to 220 mm, it has a self-supporting structure made by a rectangular-section of extruded and anodized aluminum. The thrust force is transmitted by a driving polyurethane belt reinforced with steel wires. The carriage is running on two parallel linear guides and four "Maintenance-free" caged ball blocks or on gothic arch bearings that rolls on grinded and hardened bars. A polyurethane sealing strip guarantees a complete protection of the driving-belt against chips, liquids or other contaminants.
