ECO 60 80 100 ECO series: low weight, a limited number of components and an extremely attractive price are the main characteristics of this series. Available in three sizes from 60 to 100 mm, it has a self-supporting structure made by a square-section of extruded and anodized aluminum. The thrust force is transmitted by a driving polyurethane belt reinforced with steel wires. The carriage is running on a linear guide with two "Maintenance-free" caged-balls blocks or on gothic arch bearings that rolls on grinded and hardened bars. The linear guide is into the Linear Unit's aluminum body and the polyurethane driving belt acts also as a protection against contaminants.
