Shaped LCDs
EM Plastic LCDs are not bound to the traditionnal rectangular shape. They can be delivered in any shapes ideally tailored to the space or design requirements of the customer's product. Sometimes, rectangular LCDs consume to much space or surface; custom shaped LCDs offer an elegant alternative allowing the display to fit the equipment instead of having to design the equipment around the display.
Holes
Some applications require a pass-through in the LCD display for mechanical or electrical connections. EM is able to punch holes in its plastic LCDs.
