The standard vertical turning machine for chucked components: turning + automation integrated into a single machine and implemented on the smallest footprint.
The VL series are renowned for their high output levels, extremely high and constantly maintained precision, exceptional process integrity and great ease of operation. Part of the overhead slide, the pick-up spindle serves as a workhandling unit. Short travels and a compact design result in exceptionally short loading and cycle times.
With the Y-axis, off-centre milling and drilling does no longer require special tools. This greatly increases the machine’s range of application.
