Compact hydraulic actuator
210 bar, 14 l/min | HKA series
EMG Elektro Mechanik
The HKA hydraulic compact actuator sets standards for longevity with its reliability and wear resistance. User-defined installation and operating position and extremely simple installation provide flexible operation, even under unfavorable placement conditions.
Power unit HKA-A
Due to its complexity and compact design the HKA is specifically ideally suited to deployment in hydraulic systems. All necessary components are contained in the HKA such as drive motor, hydraulic pump, valve manifold, storage tank, emergency actuation and switch housing to create the hydraulic pressure required to open and close the hydraulic brakes. This means that it is possible to assemble the HKA directly to a brake system (brake console). Losses of current in the hydraulic pipes can be minimised by the short distance to the brake system. Other points in favour of the HKA are a reduction in installation costs, the possibility of incorporation into the system diagnosis through sensors as well as the modification diversity of the hydraulic valves that can be installed.
Benefit to customers
Strong reduction in installation expenses
Minimal service costs during operation
Shortening of the commissioning time
Simple integration into the system diagnosis and control technology
Construction
Valve manifold
Emergency actuation
Storage tank (closed)
Motor and pump
Switch housing
