In order to make your roads safer and passable when there is snow and black ice, Emily has been innovating and offers its slat-/sand- truck which makes it possible to pour salt on any and all type of surfacing and may be adapted on any and all type of trucks (3 pts AR, front lifting, telescopic ... 70HP minimum power). This salting from time to time is fast and enables to avoid black ice to set.
This salt-/sand-truck is available in 1.80m, 2.00 and 2.20m (scattering useful widths) corresponding to a water volume of 1.1m3, 1.3m3 and 1.4m3.
EMILY's assets:
1) The salt/sand socket has an integrated chassis with 2 two-fold effect jacks and an automatic hook bar: this chassis is very strong and enables an esy and fast loading in spite of an important salt volume. It optimises the user's comfort and enables a certain flexibility in the use (optimised transportation). Guaranteed power. Unique on the market.
2) PATENTED: the anti-arch system is standard on the salt-/sand-truck. A mobile part on the rear socket wall is hydraulically set in motion. It enables a fast distribution of the product while making away with the arch effect. A jack enables an alternative movement from the right to the left and vice versa. No loss of volume. 3) The salt-/sand-truck is very resistant: the steels used are stronger as compared to the current market products. The socket is fitted with 2 traverse beams (80x80). The bottom sheet-metals come in 5mm, the sides in 6mm, the scattering drum tube in 7.3mm for a maximum use in time. The salt-/sand-truck also has 2 large wear and tear shoes (70mm) on the sides and a reinforced caisson on the blade level to make the socket rigid.
