Three-phase induction motors with slip-ring rotor are produced acc. to IEC. These series include slip-ring motors of general use (Suf, SUg) and slip ring crane motors (SUDf and SUDg).
Despite above mentioned totally enclosed motors, slip-ring drip-proof motors of protection degree IP23 SCUe series are also produced.
