Automatic corner cleaner for PVC windows and doors

Corner cleaning machine with 4 cutter sets for clean-up of the corner of PVC profiles welded at 90°. TRIMMER 4F is provided with a blast-type swarf cleaning system, automatic system to distinguish the sash from the frame and manual selection of the different sashes. The machine works simultaneously on both the outer corner and the welding bead on the top and bottom faces with knives.
The top and bottom knives can be activated or disactivated as required. They are adjusted automatically according to the height of the workpiece and can work on all standard, acrylic or film-coated profiles. The machine is provided with two arms (excludable) for supporting the frame during cleaning phases, so only a minimum effort is required from the operator. The sets of cutters (not included in the machine) can be configured according to Customer’s request in order to ensure maximum flexibility for each cleaning operation.
