Copia 380 S is a manually controlled single head copy router, with pneumatic clamping and traverse of the cutting head with indirect lever. It can cut steel up to 3 mm and stainless steel up to 2 mm. The pneumatic stylus with pneumatic traverse (with 6 adjustable memories) allows fast and accurate machine set-up. The machine, equipped with a patented system for rotation of the clamp base, can work 4 faces of the profile without unlocking the clamps or performing through machining, as it makes a 360° rotation in steps of 90°. Locking is through 4 pneumatic stops. The rotary movement from 0° to 180° is designed so that the work (feed) axis does not change as long as the figure reproduced on the first face at 0° has the same coordinates as the one reproduced on the opposite face at 180°, regardless of profile size.
