Machine is most probably the fastest unit at low level. This is due to the telescopic layer discharge platform, with central opening, designed to retract from the pallet area to allow an immediate loading of a new layer, enable the full pallet to be discharged immediately after its completion and release the 1st layer on empty pallet as soon this reaches its palletization position. The machine is equipped with high speed devices, such as case diverter up to 4 lanes, case rotating unit, layer pusher and layer pad inserter (if required by pallet pattern). All movements are controlled by encoder to allow a self-adjustment of machine based on any production recipe stored in memory. New layer patterns can be easily configured by plant operator through the touch screen monitor and a user friendly program.
