The Standard Power Cable (L = 1000) consists of two nickel conductors and a nickel-plated copper one (ground), which are insulated with fiberglass and protected by outer metal braid.
When assembling them, verify that the inner surface of the heater adheres perfectly to the nozzle, by properly tightening the screws.
After an initial heating (about 30 minutes at 150 ° C) tighten the screws to compensate for thermal expansion.
