This point level switch comes equipped with an intrinsically safe signal
circuit EEx ia IIC intended for sensor usage in hazardous environments.
It can be calibrated via operating keys and features a fail-safe pulse-frequency
modulation (PFM) or 3-WIRE technology and a checkable relay function in order
to provide high safety standards.
The compact housing allows easy mounting on a standard DIN rail while
a pluggable terminal blocks enable simple wiring.
It can be employed with EC16Z (PFM), EC17Z (PFM) and EC61 (3-WIRE) and
features an alarm relay and a limit value.
It meets the WHG approval an has safeguards against maloperation and manipulation.
