Auto Junior Table Top Cap Sealer is a semi-automatic induction sealer for packagers with low production volumes. Air-cooled fitted with a an adjustable stand, compact white ABS enclosure (17.8 x 30 x 38cm) with an operating voltage of 230V AC, 50Hz with IGBT circuitry for highly efficient integrated sealing coil creates a consistent heat pattern. Operator friendly as well as easy to position containers under sealing head with membrane control panel with digital timer (0-9.9 sec) recognizes completion of the process. Dual power push-button with "Power-On" and "Foil Present" indicators ensure two level of outputs. It has a sealing capacity of 38mm diameter foils at 20 containers per minute and 64mm diameter foils at 10 containers per minute.
