Stacking container for the automotive industry

In order to reduce the huge quantity of packing material, the German Automobile Industry decided to use an own series of plastic bins as pool packing. In the meantime, several generations of these KLTs (Klein Ladungs Träger) are available, each with their own specific features.

C-KLT bins can take and extremely heavy load, to hundreds of kilograms per bin. We supplied over 100.000 bins to De Nederlandsche Bank, for the exchange of guilders to euro's. A large part was later reused for the new Smart at Nedcar.

Common features of the KLT bins:

1. The exterior dimensions are always several millimeters smaller then the said euronorm sizes. This makes it possible to work with top-caps coming close to 1200 x 800 mm or 1200 x 1000 mm exterior size.
2. All versions are mutually stackable.
3. All bins are provided with bearer's that meet the Odette (Organisation for Data Exchange by Tele-Transmission in Europe) requirements. Always one per ground size 300 x 200 mm or 400 x 300 mm and two per ground size 600 x 400 mm.
