Parts are placed at a variable speed, continuously moving and with 3/8" dia. Manganese wire mesh conveyor belt.
Parts enter the blasting chamber where they are moved under the blasting nozzles at a consistent speed. The blasting nozzles consist of a patented 360-degree rotating head with multiple nozzles attached.
