Racks Engranajes Masiá has been manufacturing toothed racks upon request since it was founded. More than 10 years ago, our company detected the need to produce higher quantity of them for specific industrial fields and to automate gates and windows. As a result of the investments made in this section, we have become leaders in the spanish market producing more than 200.000 meters a year, accomplishing the highest capacity of automatic rack-milling without joins (4.000 mm), 1 to 30 mm module and a manufacturing tolerance of IT 6/7 (<0.002 mm each pitch meter)
