ENGRENAGES HPC has introduced a range of adjustable slides. The adjustable slide is a high quality guide system capable of supporting a heavy load. It is a complete system that incorporates a precision micrometer control knob for accurate positioning of the slide. Domino slides perform equally as well when mounted either horizontally or vertically. The length of the travel of the slide is limited by the end plates. Between these two plates, movement is assured by use of a stainless steel lead screw with a triangular profile. The anti-backlash nut is made from a techno polymer and the backlash is preset in the factory. The slide, which is made completely from aluminium, is moved by the screw and is guided by two lateral stainless shafts. There are many accessories available that allow the positioning system to be used in the widest range of applications, these include: mounting kits, connection kits, fixed plates, rotary plates, clamping levers, position indicators and handwheels...
