ENGRENAGES HPC's worm and wheel gearboxes feature ratios that range from 5:1 to 120:1. Each gearbox size comes with a shaft input, a flanged input, and square NEMA 17-grade flange (with the exception of the compact model configurations). The gearboxes also sport anodized aluminum, compact designs, steel worm components, and bronze-material wheels. Maximum input speed rates approximate at 3,000 RPM, while maximum output torque levels range from 2.2 Nm to 164 Nm (depending on ratio and speed rate). Additional features of the ENGRENAGES HPC worm and wheel gearboxes include standardized backlash levels of 0°30, and optional reduced backlash ratings of 0°8. Lifelong-lubricated structural constructions via the Shell Nerita HV grease systems, and smooth surface finishes are also showcases by the devices.
