The EOSINT M 280 is an additive manufacturing machine that produces metal tool inserts, prototypes and other end products. Because it generates pieces of equipment that are easy and comfortable to use, this system is perfect for economical and volume intensive 3D printing of material. It is based on the Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) sytem by EOS. It creates parts through automatic selective laser sintering, without tools and established directly on three-dimensional CAD design data. The data can be conveniently done at the workplace. This machine is equipped with either 200 W or 400 W fiber laser that melts fine metal powder and construct the product layer after layers and is also capable of making products with complex geometries.
