This machine is a patented concept which EP MECA originally designed for the petrochemical industry. The concept is adaptable for other fields of application, the principle remaining that of homogenizing a solution. ONE MACHINE, ONE NEED EP MECA’s homogenizers are designed to work in a wet environment. They are used into the process of creating a liquid or gel emulsion. The rotor or rotor/stator system makes it possible to shear the drops and therefore reduce their size, so as to give the emulsion the required properties and to stabilize it. RANGE AND APPLICATIONS Our current range extends in power from 4 kW to 200 kW, adaptable according to your field of activity, the product and the purpose of use of the machine. Our homogenizers in a wet environment can be designed for applications in fine chemicals, cosmetics or for water treatment.
