The portfolio offers different model types (DC to DC Converters, Voltage Regulators, Voltage Detectors, Power Management ICs, Power Supply ICs for logic and liquid crystal displays).
All Power Supply ICs are fabricated in highly developed process technologies, which provide extremely power saving products.
DC to DC converters are featured with :
- Power supply voltage conversion IC.
- Easy voltage conversions from input voltage to positive/negative potential
(two conversion types; one-fold for reverse polarity and two-fold for the same polarity).
- Power conversion efficiency: 95% typical.
- Possible to double pressure rise to positive potential.

- Generation of 4/3/2 times output voltage in the negative direction.
- Possible to 2/3/4 times pressure rise output to the positive potential.
