By the quick enhancements of electrical appliances there is collecting a large quantity of electronic scrap. The demand of reliable and profitable possibilities for resource recycling will increase by the next decades furthermore. Special components like hard disks, cable, printed circuit boards, mobile phones, etc., that have got a high part of high-quality resources like e. g. copper, silver, gold, platinum or similar, become collected separately and processed by specially developed recycling plants. Here are plant concepts needed, that can be put in flexible and economically and give each company the chance to adjust to the quick changing markets. So we think already today about the possible tasks in future like e. g. the recycling and shredding of plasma displays, automotive electronics and other exciting topics. The handling of these always changing challenges is the task of ERDWICH.
