Conditions of use : The containment hood is used for sampling, dispensing and weighing of small / large quantities of products, without any limitation of space / working environment. Working principle : The containment hood combines three airflows : a vertical airflow that is blowing ultra clean air between the operator and the hood, thus capting all the the sprays given off during handling operations ; another vertical airflow that is blowing ultra clean air along the hood and towards the operator, protecting the operator from any contamination ; and a third airflow that is blowing ultra clean air at the containment hood working surface, towards the inner volume, thus confining the sampling / weighing / dispensing operation. Construction : The working area is fragmented and equipped with a marble plinth with anti-vibration blocks, allowing the integration of scales and weighing consoles. A touch-sensitive screen allows the monitoring, the control, the maintenance et traceability of devices. The containment hood is autonomous and easily moveable.
