Sample splitter L16, L15 series

MACSALAB Cascade Splitters are widely used in mining laboratories and refineries. The Cascade Splitter comprises a Stainless Steel feed hopper (i.e. 5, 10, or 20 litre capacity to client's choice), vibrating feeder with variable-speed control, Aluminium divider, carrier table and Stainless Steel 1 litre collection cups as standard. The base is of powder coated Carbon Steel construction. Material contact parts are of Stainless Steel to ensure a smooth flow of material with no hang-ups and minimum sample segregation. The vibrating feeder provides an accurately controlled feed rate from zero to maximum setting and the spider/cutter ensures precise separation from cup to cup with no spillage. The carrier table rotates at a constant speed and is provided with a slip clutch for operator safety.
