It may also be used to protect people from spattering during biopsies and to perform tasks while sheltered from dust and moisture.
Air-tightness of the chamber
Each chamber is tested before being sold. It is inflated with compressed air at a pressure of 2.5 mm Hg.
A certificate of compliance is provided with each chamber, which is identified by a serial number.
