Block moulding machines of the type series EBV - FB with variable block width / block height The respective side wall of the machines of this type can be adjusted continuously. Adjustment of the block width and block height in combination can also be realised at the request of the customer.

The block moulding machines of the type series EBV-FB can process greater proportions of recycled materials. In doing so, the volume behind the adjustable side wall is not steamed, irrespective of its position.

This concept offers the following advantages:

- symmetrical steaming of the block and thus homogeneous welding and better bulk density distribution
- low steam consumption
