4 - 20 mm Erlenbach GmbH

Further development of the Erlenbach series of mills is characterised by space saving and their user-friendly operation. The EPS or EPP recycled moulded parts are either added manually through the input shaft of the primary crusher or using a conveyor band. Cutter shafts with rip teeth reduce the moulded parts to pieces that are the size of a fist. The pre-crushed parts are automatically added in a screen cylinder with rotating beating and cutting devices. The actual grain size is determined by the exchangeable screen cylinder (4 to 20 mm). Removal of the grains is carried out by means of a blower.

Through the recovery of raw materials, the following applications of EPS recycled material are made possible:
* Admixture to the new material using different percentage rates for moulded parts or block production
* Aggregates for use in the manufacture of insulating lightweight concrete
* The addition of porous polystyrene during the manufacture of lightweight bricks (Poroton) with excellent heat insulation
* Aggregates for insulating plaster systems
* Aggregates for ground improvement (Styromull) as composting aid and for drainage purposes of EPP recycling materials.
* Admixture to the new material using different percentage rates for moulded part or block production
