Machine with a vertical work axis adapted to roll-finish the gear profiles, for either standard steel or sintered part densification.
Main Characteristics

A cast iron base assures optimal rigidity of the machine
High accuracy of carriage movement as a result of the ground guideways
Spindles are directly rotated by synchronous servomotors
Two carriers are asymmetrical moved by a single hydraulic cylinder
All the peripheral units (coolant, pneumatic, hydraulic units and electrical panel) are mounted on a unique machine base : very compact foot print and quick easy ‘plug & play’ installation (no overhead cableways)
The vertical work axis design enables a easy production changeover (less than 5 minutes) and avoids to turn the orientation of the gear between loading and rolling operations
Easy taper and helix adjustment as a result of dial indicators - Machine is supplied with an internal gantry (rotary arm with two positions) for loading the work piece into the rolling station
The machine is perfectly adapted to fit with many types of material handling solutions for a quick and easy integration in your production line: conveyors, pallets, buffers, etc.
