Intellium™ PDI is a state-of-the-art point diffraction interferometer that generates its own reference spherical wavefront using a pinhole in a waveplate. The result are highly stable interferograms simultaneously phase-shifted using ESDI's HyperPhase™ module. The instrument measures real-time interferometric laser beam wavefronts at resolutions up to 1024 x 768.
