-FRAME, monobloc construction in electro-welded, stabilized steel
-SLIDE, enclosed box section electro-welded, stabilized steel to prevent deformation.
-SLIDE GUIDES. The slide has 8 sturdy support guides running on bronze to ensure optimum
-DRIVE. The press is driven by a front-back direction helically cut eccentric wheel in an oil bath.
-INTERMEDIATE AXIS. The intermediate axis is made of high strength steel, rotating on fully dimensioned bearings
-CLUTCH. The press is equipped with a GOIZPER low inertia single plate pneumatic clutch attached using a conical unit
-LUBRICATION. The machine is lubricated by means of an electrically controlled progressive recirculation system. Should a lubrication fault be detected the machine is shut down to prevent it from seizing.
-HYDRAULIC OVERLOAD.
-PNEUMATIC EQUIPMENT. The pneumatic system is fitted with filtering equipment, lubricated from the main system and with independent pressure relays for the clutch and compensator circuits.
-TEMPERATURE CONTROL. Both the two main shaft bearings as well as the two secondary one, plus the connecting rod are fitted with temperature sensors and if necessary shut the machine down should it exceed maximum limits.
-STROKE CHANGE. The stroke is automatically changed hydraulically using the touch-screen on the control panel.
-LEAD SCREW CONTROL. Lead screw adjustments can be made easily from the control panel touch-screen which displays its extension. The lead screw is locked into position hydraulically.
