The Anaerobic Temperature Chamber is a model of the Temperature Chamber PH Series, equipped with a micro-computer for ease of operation, and with enhanced safety features. The built-in inert-gas sealing system allows the chamber to be filled with an inert gas such as CO2 or N2, thus providing an anaerobic atmosphere for heat treatment or temperature characteristic tests. An O2 concentration indication adjuster, which is equipped with an oxygen sensor, is available as an option. An anaerobic atmosphere with desired concentration can be precisely created throughout the concentration range of from 0.5% to 21% (N2 gas only). The chamber is highly hermetically constructed to minimize the residual amount of O2 gas in the chamber.
