Solution: Embedded a PC in the overall cosmetic housing. Innovation: Multiple technologies were merged so that the overall assembly could integrate a trackball, slide pots, QWERTY, backlit plastic keys, touchpad, EL display, plastic molding, probe holder, multiple electronic technologies and more.
