The laser cutting machines from eurolaser are ideally suited for the processing of sensitive foils, like the ones used in the production of multi-layer membrane keyboards, for example. Processing is completely contact-free, so there in no mechanical stressing of the material. This enables the creation of extremely filigree cuts that, in addition, seal immediately during cutting.

Use of optical camera recognition allows exact recognition of position marks on the laser system so that the position of the foils layers is determined precisely. In addition dimensions can be compensated thanks to intelligent analysis of the position marks. This helps optimisation or adjustment to the required dimensional accuracy.
