Description

The PGS1000 is an hand held portable hydraulic test pump capable of generating hydraulic pressure in excess of 1000 bar (14500 psi) The hydraulic test pump is often used in conjunction with our range of digital or analogue test gauges to be come a cost effective pressure calibrator kit for for checking and calibrating pressure gauges, high pressure transmitters, pressure switches and pressure read-out devices. The pump operate both with mineral oil and or distilled water. The PGS1000 include a unique “priming function” which enable the operator to fill-in” prime” large calibration volumes and remove trapped air in the system. The PGS1000 hydraulic test pump also include a fine adjustment valve ( knob) to set the exact pressure and a controlled pressure relief valve. Each pump is supplied as standard together with 1 meter flexible high pressure test hose, with a working pressure of 1500 bar and burst pressure in excess of 2500 bar. The HTH-1000 hose is especially designed for test and calibration purpose. It has a 2 mm internal bore, made out in stainless still to avoid pressure expansion during generation and it is Teflon coated to protect it from temperature changes. The PGS1000 hydraulic test pump can be supplied as pump only or in a convenient KIT form together with a wide range of test point adapters BSP, NPT and METRIC and a robust carrying case with custom made foam to accommodate pump, adapters and up to 3 reference gauges If the use of the pump is for marine applications, please refer to our PGS1000M hydraulic test pump.
