Description

Model 6078 Aluminum Line Vac EXAIR's compressed air operated Line Vac connects to standard hose to create a powerful in-line conveyor material handling system. Unlike belt or screw type conveyor equipment, Line Vac conveyors are ideal for moving large volumes of material over long distances without clogging or jamming. The material flow rate is easily controlled with a pressure regulator. An optional bracket permits easy mounting. No moving parts or electricity assures maintenance free operation. Sizes will fit from 3/8" to 5" inside diameter hose. Available in aluminum, type 303 stainless steel or type 316 stainless steel. Maximum temperature: 250°F (121°C). Our standard stainless steel models (Type 303) offer good corrosion resistance and are ideal for food service, abrasive or corrosive applications. Maximum temperature: 800°F (426°C). For critical applications including certain foods and pharmaceutical products, Type 316 stainless steel models provide excellent corrosion resistance. Maximum temperature: 1000°F (538°C). Line Vacs and Line Vac Kits are available in heavy duty, light duty, and standard duty models for use with hoses or NPT threaded pipe.
