Description

The slurry pumps in the ES series are widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, coal washing, dredging, etc. With a wide distribution of particle sizes, these single-casing and horizontal centrifugal pumps are designed to allow continuous pumping of highly aggressive slurries. The pumps are able to handle large particles at high efficiencies, thus reducing ownership costs. Component life is improved as the casing features a large volume internal profile, which reduces associated velocities. The construction of the gravel pumps includes a single casing connected via clamp bands and a wide, wet passage. Features of the wet parts include alloys with Ni-hard and chrome wear-resistant characteristics. An additional advantage is the 360-degree orientation of the discharge direction. Depending on the model, the allowable maximum power ranges from 60 to 1,200kW.
