The housing is made of galvanized sheet metal and has two inch insulation. The highly efficient centrifugal impeller is made of thick cast aluminum and is statically and dynamically balanced with permanently attached balancing weights. Cleaning and maintenance of the fan impeller is easy because the side section of the fan is hinged, allowing for easy access. The fan also has grease drainage and an optional grease collector box is available.
The GSB is available in three sizes, up to 6,000 CFM – all with direct drive and variable speed. They are extremely quiet with a noise level as low as 72 to 91dB(A) at only three feet from the fan.
