Drive component for the realization of flexible tasks of movement by the use of freely programmable servo actuators. Contrary to the standard turntable the course of motion is determined not by the cam shape of the Antriebswalze, but by the movement profile of the servo actuator. For this reason drift angles and acceleration can be selected freely and be in each case specifically adapted on the load case. By the proven EXPERT - mechanics with roller technology, storage and robust structure of housing, are reached the same precision as with the conventional drives.
With the flexible employment the turntables of this design are suitable for tasks of drive, with those the course of motion in the production process permanently to be particularly changed must e.g. by new loads, new position/end positions or procedure directions. A typical example is the manufacturing of different vehicles on a production line, which makes a re-equipment flexibly necessary in the production cycle.
A special advantage of the Flexbaureihe is those extremely flat execution, which makes possible a space-saving installation, and thus ergonomic constructions of the device system.
