The transportation aviation fuel container tank is built from carbon steel or stainless steel with capacity up to 3,000 liters. Working pressure is rated at 2.5 bars as required by ASME VIII Div. 1. It is designed and certified as DET Norske Veritas Certification of Offshore Containers and International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG).
The pumping and filtration units incorporate modular design in a weather-resistant cabinet with built-in spill tray. All construction is from stainless steel to offer maximum protection of incorporated components: pump, filters/strainers, ATEX motors, filter water separator per API 1581 5th Edition, ATEX control panel, safety light, etc.
The dispenser unit is a modular design incorporating a built-in spill tray. The weather-resistant cabinet is made from stainless steel, and it houses all necessary component parts including volumetric meter, Facet monitor absorber filter per IP 4th Edition, electric or manual hose reel, flexible aviation hose, nozzles for overwing and underwing fueling, safety equipment, etc.
