Insulated heating mantle MS

FALC developed safety flask heaters are compliant to the CEI standards of safety. New features like flame proof distributing box which is placed by the heater and EX validated square housing is provided. The welded & sealed steel calottes & outer cases are provided to the heaters to ensure best electric components insulation. The acid proof epoxy paint is used as coat for the oven outer parts. The fiber ceramic block built heating resistances are covered by steel calotte, which is protected by a fiberglass cloth. A sealed & insulated cord(approximately 2m) is used to connect the control boxes and the heaters. This allows safe operation of the device from outside. The IP55 standard compliant control boxes come with tight and transparent flap door and ON/OFF switch. The green light signifies the heater and network connection. The digital display with the microprocessor is used to regulate temperature.
