Profiling companies requires robust handling systems because the strap coils are becoming always heavier for the waste optimization but in the meantime they’re also sensible when the coil has to be centered on the decoiler. Famatec Friendly devices carries out a perfect balancing of the loads thanks to the high sensibility even for heavy loads. The coil in horizontal position on a pallet will be gripped safely and immediately through suction cups and then rotate till its verticalization in order to insert it in the reel mandrel. The suction cups are arranged in circle position on the toroidal face of the coil and permits to not cover the central hole, they have also the role of avoiding the coil to change its form when unbinded.
