Description

Shaped jaws that can quickly be replaced, thin jaws with a large surface, clamps for gripping several boxes at the same time, self-centring clamps and clamps with a large gripping length. To handle boxed products, several solutions need to be adopted and controlled by using shape sensors, adjusting the gripping force of the jaws and lifting the control console so that the boxes can be loaded onto the pallet at maximum height. Fast and safe handling without sudden moves, thanks to the progressive movement typical of pneumatic balancers. The system can be installed in a fixed place, on a mobile device or on a sliding rail guide, so that several loading lines can be handled at the same time.
