Electric shearer loader for longwall mining FS 400

FS 400 is a new generation multi-voltage longwall shearer loader designed to operate with a wide range of armoured face conveyors of widths from 850 mm up to 1200 mm. The shearer is compatible with haulage systems such as Eicotrack and Megatrack. The design of the drive brackets and their fastening method mean different heights of shearer loader can be achieved without replacing the haulage frames. The shearer loader is designed to operate with a crusher on the left or right-hand side. The FAMAC OPTI 5000 modern control system is used in the extended version of the shearer, incorporating full diagnostics and integrated remote controlling.
